Wings That Take You Higher

This is a story that everyone can relate too, your either there or you have been there, this is the story of us. We are born into something so much greater then us, we are born into something rock hard and very heavy. It weighs down people for a very very long time, it is rock hard and will take you to rock bottom, it prevents everyone's wings from growing; it's sin. We are born without regular wings, we are born with stone. When we begin our lives as human beings all we are looking for is a way to fly and an easier life, that is all we wish for. When Jesus came to earth he wanted to let us know two things very big; that he came us to give Life more abundantly and that Heaven is always open to us. When Jesus died on the cross he gave us all free tickets to receive wings to fly.  Christians and non-believers today often think that Christianity is a struggle and a "Battle in the Trenches" so to speak. All of these people have been sadly mistaken! Yes we go through persecution and other trials like that but God lifts us up in those times and helps us through them, but that is not to say that if you are a christian your life has to be a struggle. Jesus did not come to the world and say "I came to the world to give your lives struggle and an abundant struggle added on to it." HE CAME TO GIVE LIFE!!! He came to make our lives abundant with his unmerited favor, His love, His power, and His Joy. When you become a christian and receive the lord, he breaks the stone off of you (i.e. The Sinful Nature) and it falls away and dies forever, and He gives you wings to fly. He gives you son-ship in Heaven, he makes you a saint, a priest, a king, and a Joint heir in heaven! These wings he has given you gives you the ability to experience greater revelation as well as greater encounters with heaven because heaven is open to us! Jesus wanted us to be a people who were completely possessed by his Joy and Happiness, He gives us Joy unspeakable so that we can share to others how Jesus changed our lives. I don't understand how a lot of Christians are so sad and depressed all the time when we have such a happy God, Christians want to change the world, but how do they expect to change the world when the world only sees a bunch of sad people. The whole point of this blog is to tell everyone you have wings to fly if Jesus lives inside of you, I want to encourage you to fly high, Jesus is calling you to float away with him and be filled with his holy spirit. The ecstasy of his love calls us out of our natural lives and into a supernatural mind set where all we experience are heaven encounters. Fly high, he has given you wings that take you higher!
